It might be old news to some of you, but we’ve just found that Criterion posted a picture of Gojira‘s film canister (the original Godzilla) around late august, which could lead to the conclusion that they want to tease a future release? Sources say that Godzilla: King of the Monsters could also get the Criterion treatment.

Wow, even if Gojira was properly released a few years ago, one can only wonder what Criterion will bring? Some say that they found a 35mm fine-grain print! If that’s true, fans should get excited!

Slashfilm has just announced that Russel Crowe could play the father of Superman, Jor El, in Zach Snyder‘s Man of Steel. Jor El was previously played by Marlon Brando in the 1978 movie. The movie also stars Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Amy Adams and Henry Cavill as Superman.
